BANDED 11-21-07 AND FEELING EXCELLENT
:whoo:Ok the last I journaled it was the night b4 my surgery. Well I had my suergy yesterday and I feel great! I stopped all of my pain meds after 3pm yesterday. I walked 31 laps total around both of the nurses stations (20 laps yesterday and 11 more this morning b4 I left the hospital. Today is thanksgiving so I di try some mashed potatoes. They went down ok. My throat is still a little soar from the breathing tube during the surgery but other than that minor issue I am wonderful. Getting used to the weird feeling in your chest is something interesting. I am really doing well. People keep saying that I dont look like I had any type of surgery b/c I am moving very well. I am so glad that I diid this. I would recommend this to any one who needs it. I am glad that I chose life again and not a short death. Well see ya soon. Let the pound shedding and health improvement begin.
