Wt 170.3
Scale is steadily moving down, I'm hoping to get to 169 by Monday. If I can chose the right foods over the weekend, I might be there. Weekends are the hardest time for me, We always go out to eat on Fridays, so seem to eat more than I should, and its not always the right choice. So, I'm going to focus on eating healthy over the weekend to see if I can hit the 169 mark. If I do, I will be so happy!
Exercise so far today:
10min recumbant bike, some strength training on my legs (total gym). Will try and do some more time on the bike later this afternoon.
