feeling great!
It's two months and 2days since i'v had my surgery. I have lost a total of 40lbs. I feel great! I enjoyed a half of hoagie on wednesday, and i was so full until thursday afternoon it was a great feeling. My close are very loose. I was a size 24,now i'm a size18. i can't wait until i'm a size 14. I have a big wedding on the 1st of Decemberand i want to be down at least 65lbs. the only exercise i'm doing right now is walking the dog 7 days a week , and he's even lost 8 lbs. :clap2:I'll let you know how i'm doing at a later date. i thank GOD for the lapband, I have so much energy and i'm looking forward to even more.
