Ok, I was nervous for nothing. :confused: I had my first fill yesterday on 11/6/07 and it was not bad at all. I feel more restricted, I can tell when I drink. But it feels ok, not too tight. I have lost 18 pounds in four weeks. :clap2:

I'm happy with that. I think I could have lost more if I had not been so sick :sick and was able to exercise more. Maybe, I'm on my way now. I can start a good excercise routine and hopefully loose another 20 pounds before my 8 week follow up. We'll see. :phanvan I just know I feel much better already after just 18 pounds. I can tell a difference in my face with the weight loss so far. :rolleyes: I love my band even though it's been a rough road so far. Can't wait to get to the new me! :glasses
