:clap2:Yeah,Yeah I got my packet all filled out for tomorrow's seminar. i got a medical necc. letter from my dr. i was soo happy because i was worried thst he wouldn't want me to have band cause of the stroke. now i will go to al day seminar tomorrow 10-31 i certainly hope that it won't be long b4 my band. i am starting my new way of eating tomorrow. i want a jump start so my transition is not so diificult. :confused:

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
