Day 4 pre op

Gee whiz, day 4 and I can't wait to get my band. I need the restriction, this optifast doesn't do a very good job of making you feel full. I do alright in the morning, around lunch a little :hungry: to say the least. I have my shake and make it through till arvo, and that's when I really struggle, so tempted to have something with some body to it. Early evening I have some vege soup and if I need it I fill up on water and diet cordial for the evening.

That's how my days have been going, such a full time effort getting through, and that's while I look after my 4 and 1 year olds. They do help sometimes to take my mind of food. Anyway these were my starting numbers
