Day one of optifast
:hungry:Well this is day one of my optifast and I have to say, its hard, hungry and I've had headaches all day. I did expect them as I have been on optifast before. What made it harder was having to give my little ones their meals knowing I couldn't eat anything. Plus my husband was cooking steak and chips tonight and it smelt so good but I was good and just walked away. Today when I would normally reach for a snack, I found myself thinking was I really hungry or bored or actually just missing that habit of eating. The headaches should go in a day or two, I hope, because it really doesn't help things.
Going for now, until later
