Well today I am feeling great. I never did take any pain med after the surgery and I am glad ofthat. Went back to work last week 1/2 days because was still tired alot. I actually go tomorrow at 11 am and get these 15-20 stales out adn will finally get to enjoy my swimming pool again. So far I am dowm 12 1/2 pounds and I feel great about that. I made a goal of 15 pound loss for sept and another 15 pound loss for october so anything above that will be awesome. Starting Oct I will start with the exercise program. I am getting full with awhole lot less food than ever before. My problem beofre was that I am not a junk food junkie just a volume eater and I know this band will realy work for me!!:whoo:
Will keep you posted on my Dr. Visit tomorrow!! On full liquids ie cottage cheese, soups chicken spread, pudding ect!!
PS Did sneak a glass of red wine!!
