to eat or not to eat
Well here it is the end of the first day on the pre-op diet.
Breakfast--------1 8oz protein shake
Lunch_-----------5 half celery stalks, 12 very small pieces of carrott and 1 can of slimfast
Dinner------------made mixed vegies steamed
also had about 80oz of water to drink today,feel like I live in a bathroom but water is good for you. I did not get to hit the gym today will make up for it tomorrow, this will be a critical piece to the weight loss.:faint:
