I have been thinking about it for years right? The whole Stomach stappling thing. Two of Teresa's cousins did it. I should be able to do a band. They don't take anything out just restrict my ability to eat a little.

So here I was at work today and I finally decided to do it. I am going to make my DR appointment tomorrow and I will see what needs to be done. When I checked into the bariatric surgery it was two 6 months DR supervised diets and a psych test. That is a long time and I don't want to wait that long. But why prolong it any more. I will write my why's later. They may suprise you. They may surprise me too.

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
