I AM REALLY FEELING BAD. I MADE BAD FOOD CHOICES TONITE. I HOPE I DIDN'T GAIN TO MANY LBS. BACK. I WAS JUST REALLY HUNGRY TODAY AND HAD A WEAK MOMENT. I THINK I AM READY FOR A FILL ALREADY. I HOPE DOC IS WILLING TO GIVE ME ONE WHEN I SEE HIM ON FRIDAY. I COULD REALLY USE SOME ADVICE ON HOW TO KEEP MYSELF FROM GIVING IN TO THE BAD FOOD THAT MADE ME FAT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I FEEL GUILTY, AND DON'T WANT TO FEEL THIS WAY. I THOUGHT MOST OF THIS WAS BEHIND ME. I NEED TO STAY FOCUSED AND CONTINUE TO MAKE THE GOOD CHOICES THAT I HAD BEEN MAKING BEFORE NOW.

HI I am sorry to hear that you are feeling crappy. I think that you shouldn't beat yourself up, but I do no that you have to take this and use it for a positive change. Just saying no is something so easy to do, yet it is one of the hardest things for us. Maybe you should try this (including myself) when we are trying to raid the cabinets or feel like putting something bad in our mouths, just stop---And say NOOOO!!! Please God help me!!! Then just walk away and immediatley do something else. Probably go exercize would be the best thing walk or jog, or what ever it is that you like to do. I know that i feel better about myself and I feel like I won the battle (even though it will be a daily battle.) I think if we do this long enough we will become used to it and it will get easier and easier to say no. It is like a drug addict or a smoker, food addiction is the same exact thing. Well I hope this helps!!
