ONE MORE FULL DAY ON FULL LIQUIDS. I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT STARTING ON SOFT FOODS. A LITTLE SCARED AS WELL. I GUESS I WILL FIND OUT JUST HOW MUCH IF ANY RESTRICTION I HAVE. I FELT A LITTLE HUNGER THIS EVENING, BUT AM DETERMINED TO STAY ON TRACK. I AM PROUD OF MYSELF SO FAR. I WILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW DOCS ADVICE. AFTER THIS WEEK OF SOFT FOODS I WILL START ON SOLIDS. I AM TAKING THINGS ONE DAY AT A TIME. I HAVE DECIDED TO START WALKING ON MONDAY. NOT SURE WHY I HAVE WAITED, BUT AM OKAY WITH MY DECISION. I HOPE TO CONTINUE TO LOSE BEFORE MY FIRST FILL. I KNOW SOME PEOPLE GAIN WEIGHT ON MUSHIES, BUT I HOPE I AM NOT ONE OF THEM. I LOOK FORWARD TO LIVING HEALTHLY.
