Atkins Diet
I've decided to start the Atkins Diet to get the last 21 pounds off me. I started on 7/2, so maybe this will get the fat to burn once I reach the Ketosis stage.
Menu-7/2
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch:
Wendy's pattie w/ cheese and lettuce
Peanuts 6 carbs
Sugarfree raspberry tea
Dinner:
Ground beef pattie w/ my super good ZERO carb gravy w/ slices of jalepenos
Steamed veggies (broccoli sauteed in butter and garlic)
1 Slice of ZERO carb cheese cake.
Exercise:
3 1/2 miles
