ok so ive been having this very bad chest pain since surgery,And it goes all the way over to the left side(rib?) well it wont go away. My mom thinks its the gases coming out from my chest instead of my shoulders because I havent had any shoulder pain. And if so IT SUCKS! Id rather have it coming outta my shoulders then my chest. It feels like there is a 201273981273 ton truck sitting on my chest. Well I hate the taste of vanilla cream low carb diet slimfast. I wanted chocolate but wal mart was out of it. On my diet sheet it says im on phase 2 (full liquids) Im actually pretty hunrgy right now, So i made egg drop soup. Im kinda scared that it will get stuck. but im hunrgy. The slim fast isnt working. Well good news. I weighed myself this morning. I weigh 228. I also walked a mile. Since Im in with a group of kids with the lap band For the study with the FDA, I want to be the one whos doing the best, Because When we went to the group meeting, The doctor said i was the sickest in the group. It made me a bit depressed. My mom says she can already see the differance in my face. Well i just ate the broth from my egg drop soup I got to scared to eat the egg. And im VERY full. I cant wait till friday when i go to the doctors to see what he says. I hope he says good stuff or says im getting the best in the group. Also on friday I get to try to eat soft foods :clap2:.

Hi, I got some Muscle Milk and Muscle Milk Light at Walgreens and I like them. They are low carb, low sugar and high protein. I got the chocolate and it's pretty good. I also got some Unjury unflavored protein from Unjury.com and mixed it with chicken broth and it tastes good too - just tasts like chicken broth. I also ordered a sample pak from BariatricEating.com and it has some good-sounding samples in it, but I haven't tried them yet. Hopefully, you'll be moving on to more solid foods in a few days, but you might check into this stuff. I don't like a lot of the protein drinks either.
