Didn't Meet June Goal
I didn't meet my goal for June and honestly I have slack on my eating. I still work out a lot (walking mostly), but I need to start lifting weights to get my arms and legs in shape. I need to lose 21 more pounds to be at goal. So I don't know what I need to do to get them off. I was thinking about doing the low carb diet again to lose and gain muscle, but I'm not sure. I know I am tired of being stuck at 191! Anyway, I'll figure it out. I have the 10cc band and my first fill was on 6/6/07. I know I need another fill, but I was trying to lose the 21 pounds without getting another one. Well, it will all work out and the 21 pounds will eventually come off.
