first fill and nothing

Yesterday, with much excitement, I got my first fill. I am very disapointed though:( . I don't feel any different. As I was about to leave the doctor said that all I need to eat is a portion of the size of my thumb. I really don't think that is going to happen. I'm not sure if I should call them back and let them know that nothing has changed.....I'll give it a week. Its such a bummer because it is quite a production to get into Boston and coordinate it with someone taking care of my two babies. I really want to make this happen and I really don't want to feel this disapointment. I have read that some people have had to get 4 fills in order to feel any restriction! Oh please let this work for me without waiting months before my special "tool" kicks in.

I know exactly how you feel! I had my first fill last Monday. I do feel some restriction, but not enough. Still able to eat quite a bit. I go back Monday 4/30 for my second fill so I'm hoping this will be the one. It may take a couple fills to reach your "sweet spot", so hang in there! Don't give up!

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
