Breakfast - Coffee/cream
lunch - 3 whole wheat crakers with soft cheese and turkey salad spread on them.
dinner - 3 bites of roast, small small bites - then was bad - 4 or maybe 6 girl scout cookies - then I threw the rest away.
Exercise - None, DH had surgery and had to take care of him
