No Rain Please...
I really have to walk this afternoon and if it rains I will have to get on my treadmill:angry ! Yesterday I did 3 1/2 miles in less than 40 mins at the park, and I felt so good. If it doesn't rain I plan on walking 3 1/2 miles everyday, except tomorrow (class--2 miles on treadmill:angry ).
I have to lose 10 pounds this month!!! So far I've lost 4, but more importantly I am 5 pounds from 1derland!!!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: So, needless to say I am eating A LOT less and working out VERY HARD.
Menu---4/16 & 4/17
Breakfast: 1/2 of 1/3 less sugar Frosty Flakes w/ 2% milk.
Lunch: Chips
Dinner: Nothing
