Menu has changed since 1st Fill
For some reason I was thinking since I had my first fill I was going to wake up 50 pounds lighter. I had to remeber that it's a process and that the 50 pounds will drop in time.
I'm going to start weighing myself weekly to see my progress...

2 chicken nuggets
Cup of Chili with crumbled crackers, sour cream, cheese
Not hungry just Nervous Eating!!!!!!!
Snack
Carrots, black olives and celery sticks half piece of turkey
Drinks
Lite Lemonade
dinner
