Good morning. Not really for me.

I woke up with a bad headache. I am pretty sure it has to do with a combination of sinuses and my period.

I took two Motrin.

My incisions definately feel better than yesterday.

I just ate a small bowl of mocha almond fudge ice cream with no addded sugar. I ate it really slowly and let each spoonfull liquify before swallowing. I was supposed to blend it with milk but I don't see the difference, as long as I wait for it to melt before swallowing.

I am hungry. I didn't think I'd be hungry this soon. I haven't even lost all of the surgery weight yet.

I think I'll try a protein drink for lunch. That might take away. my hunger.

As I write this, my eyes keep shutting. i must go back to sleep.

I just wanted to give you a little tip. You are hungry because you need to have protein. Protein helps to keep the hunger pings away. Drink a protein shake. I bought the powerder type and added ice a tsp of peanut butter and zipped it up in the blender. It truly does help :>
