Yesterday I worked out on the treadmill again and did a bit better!:clap2: .
Menu on yesterday:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of 1/3 less sugar Frosty Flakes w/ skim milk
Lunch: Less than 1/2 cup of Cajun crab dip w/ crackers (8)
Dinner: 1 crab cake
Snack: 1 Sugar free popsicle
Workout:
Miles: 2.01
Calories: 262
Fat Calories: 82
Time: 31:50
MPH: 4.0
I MUST keep it up to reach my goal weight by the end of June!
