Treadmill Workout
I will admit that I do not like the treadmill. I can walk 3 1/2 miles at a hilly park, but on the treadmill I normally do over 1 1/2 mile in 30 minutes. However, last nighht I did 2 miles, burned 260 calories, 81 fat calories in 32:55 minutes and I was jogging the entire time! That's a treadmill goal for me! I'm trying to break this stupid plateau! Anyway, my menu yesterday:
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: Half of Orange Roughy stuffed w/ crab cake and shrimp
Dinner: 1/2 cup of 1/3 less sugar frosty flakes w/ skim milk
