My weekly weigh in (even though I step on the scales a few times during the week) 201.8. Yay, I'm getting closer and closer to 199!
Breakfast - Cleansing tea
Lunch - salad (dressing on side), grilled chicken breast
Dinner - German chocolate cake - bad I know, but my son's best friend made it for me to thank me for calling AAA (He locked his keys in his car). I felt I had to eat it, but only ate a very small piece.
Exercise - I decided I'm taking the day off - having a few pains and the time change has done a wonder on me - so tired today!
Notes - I was so tired today. The time change has really affected my mood/energy level. Will try and get into bed before midnight tonight.
