My BMR @ 215 = 1675 cals/day x 1.2 = 2010/day
Adjust as exercises increases
Calories to lose weight are 1200-1500/day
Free days on Friday (?) Minimum of 2000 cals
Adjust down as weight lowers (approx 100 calories for every 25# lost)
