PreSurgery Question

Hello All,

I am new to the site and still in the pre-op process. AS of tomorrow I will have completed all the tests required to submit my packet to my insurance...wish me luck:)

One question I have is what is the average stay overnight in the hospital? I will be having the procedure using DaVinci and have had multiple (4) abdominal surgeries with only one overnight stay (dont like that idea)

If you can provide an idea of the number of nights, I will work to get my head around it. I know we are all different but any advise would be greatly appreciated.

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
