March Goal!
I'm setting a goal to lose 15lbs this month!! I need to increase my cardio and also my EATING. I know I eat about 500 or less calories a day and that is not healthy. Yesterday I had a half of sausage w/ not even a half of "biscuit" and gravy for breakfast, no lunch and no dinner. I don't get hungry anymore. It has been seven weeks since surgery and I still have a lot of restriction.
Clothes update:
I'm in a pair of pants I have worn in over two years!!!! :clap2: :clap2: I knew I wasn't suppose to throw them away!!!! Anyway, I'm excited about the things to come!!!! I'm expecting everything I touch to prosper!!
