This day is a long time coming. I have just received my appointment with the Surgeon. I'm excited and terrified. I feels like i have been looking forward to this for ever.

I know it is the right decision for me. I trust the medical team. I trust the support of my family. Now I need to trust ME..

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
