OMG! Just had a piece, tastes like little bites of heaven! Little bit crunchy, but still a little chewy - call it al dente. Basically tastes like bacon. No surprise flavors! :D

Hmm.... I tried some pro-op and found it far too smoky and quite disgusting. Perhaps it was a different brand? I love jerky and I love bacon. I thought it sounded brilliant but the smell alone almost had me hurling.
