Protein is the word of the day today for me. I must take in 64oz of water and 60-80grams of protein. The pounds are comming off faster than I thought and I am really excited. I am so close to touching the 200's instead of the 300's it is unbelieveable. thanks for all the support. :mellow: . Just to recap I had my Vertical Sleeve surgery done on Feb 14, 2013. I was Released from the hospital on Feb 16, 2013. From the surgery till I was released my weight had declined to 318.8lbs. Which is AWESOME!

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
