bored
I'm getting bored with my foods. I seem to get up and eat the same stuff day in an day out. example
boiled egg minus the yolk, 1oz reduced fat cheddar
tuna for lunch plain
cottage cheese, or string cheese for snack
then fish with a few broccoli stem
but this is working for my weight loss so far but if any of yall have any suggestions hey let me know i don't eat over 800 calories but usually around 600
