I haven't seen these numbers in a year!

So I am down to 289 lbs!!! I haven't been this weight since a year ago! I can't believe in the past 3 weeks I went from 311 to 289! That is crazy! I am very happy already that I have gone through with this. I have my one week appointment tomorrow and shall see what the doctor says!

I haven't even really been exercising. I have been going walking once a day, but that is more for the gas pains. I still get very exhausted doing things even just my household chores. All in all, I am very happy with my progress. Those thoughts of "what the hell did I do to myself" the first days of surgery are loooooonnngg gone.

awesome L, just AWESOME! I'm so happy for you. Can't believe it will be a week tomorrow -- you are a trooper! Looking forward to hearing what Doc says at the 1 week check up!

The dr. said I can do any kind of physical exercise really that doesn't cause pain. I had my appointment today and didn't really ask. I am still not lifting things heavier than 25lbs...I don't want to mess anything up. But he said everything looks good, no infections etc.

Congratulations on your weight loss thus far! I like what you said here, "Those thoughts of "what the hell did I do to myself" the first days of surgery are loooooonnngg gone."

I felt that way during the first few weeks like what did I do - I messed up!!! But now I definitely have NO REGRETS!

Again Congrats Awesome Job!!!
