Anyone craving ice cream?

I found something awesome today! It's called Healthy Choice greek frozen yogurt. It comes in little containers perfect for us sleevers!I saw a couple different flavors. Vanilla bean, strawberry, dark fudge swirl & another I don't remember. I tried the fudge swirl today. It is very good. Not too sugary & our little tummies r able to tolerate it! I am not sure the specifics on nutrition because I threw the box away but I wouldn't have bought them if it wasn't a wise choice. Good luck to everyone. I also bought strawberry, I will let u know how it tastes in a couple days.

 

I found the nutrition info... Calories 100, total fat 2g, sat fat 1g, trans fat 0, cholesterol 10mg, sodium 45mg, potassium 125mg, total carb 17g, dietary fiber 1g, sugars 11g, and protein 4g. The other flavor is blueberry. Hope you all enjoy this info and treat yourself to something good, yet not so bad for yourself.

I found them to they are great for a treat. Cals and carbs arent bad for a treat and a lot cheaper than Ben & Jerry's Frozen Greek Yogurt better Stats too.

My dr didn't tell me how many carbs I can have a day but its not like I'm eating one a day, it's a treat to enjoy once and awhile

ok, i must try them, but did try a weight watcher icecream bar with a 100calories but the stats on it was good

I'm all over it too! I did see them at the store yesterday and I was checking out the stats on those little ones and on the big tub of Healthy Choice frozen yogurt. I opted not to buy, but looks like I'll be going back to buy. :-)

Yoplait frozen greek yogurt is pretty good too statwise. But, I am definately going to look the Health Choice too when I go grocery shopping this week. Thanks for sharing.

I love them, I wish my store had the other flavors, they only have the vanilla and strawberry. It is a nice treat when the family is eat ice cream or something else that I should avoid.

I simply buy plain or vanilla greek yogurt...and then some baby food pureed fruits... they are in a squeeze tube...peaches, pears, berries & bananas etc... mix together, put into small plastic wares containers and freeze... cheaper too. some of the premixed greek yogurts are very high in sugar. This way you control the amount of sugar you put in to each portion.
