Food for today
Let me write down what I have eaten thus far. Today hasn't been particularly healthy and not particularly bad either.
Here goes:
1 tblspn of peanut butter
1 cup of coffee w/sugar
1 cup of cereal (wheat bran) w/2% milk
1 cup of cereal (All Bran) w/2% milk
16 oz of water
1/2 bananna
1oz of VIBE
Will add more tonight.
