I know how you feel girl....but my sister has been the "food police" and keeping me honest.

I know that this is best for me....but I am HUNGRY AS HECK! I am scheduled for surgery in the morning @ 11:05am, but have to be there @ 8:45am.

We have to be strong I know, but when your tummy is roaring----that's a hard thing to do!

Hang in there girl, things will get better and easier.....KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE PRIZE---IT WILL BE ALL WORTH IT IN THE LONG RUN!

It's a challenge and yes I got to know my bathroom really well on the liquid diet. I was able to be distracted at work but at night was the worst and I reccommend don't watch tv with comericials, Olive Garden comericals are the worst, but you can do it. Only one more day of. I had to do ten, I never want to see another protein shake in my life, best of luck and well wishes.

I'm on day day six of the liquid diet i can have four protien shakes a day chicken or beef broth sugar free popcicles or jello thats it. one more week and i'm done and if i can do it ANYONE can do it...i seem to be sleeping alot not due to lack of energy more so to keep from thinking about food or what i cant have...good luck you can do this

You can do it! I had to do an all liquid preop diet for 2 WEEKS! Your surgery is Wednesday, right? Less than 48 hours to go...hang in there.
