A lot of people hit the 3 week stall. I didnt until weeks 8-9. It sucks, but I keep reminding myself that everyone says as long as you do what you're supposed to, your body will do what it is supposed to.

Also, take some measurements! I haven't lost any weight for a week and a half, but in that same time, I've lost an inch off my waist. Apparently, when you stall, your body is doing other things. It will pick up as long as you do your part.

Don't fret; stalls are normal...just keep doing what you're doctor told you to and you will see a loss. Don't get discouraged.

This happened to me too. And just like you I became very frustrated. But after making my husband take my scale away and not getting on it for a week I was super suprised at the number I saw. Don't worry my doctor told me it is super normal because your body is healing and to heal it makes fluid so that may be why you aren't seeing it on the scale. Everything will be fine. Don't stress because stress can also slow down your weight loss progress. It will happen for you don't worry!!!

Oh yea! I thought I was the only person in the world to not lose in week 2. There are lots of threads on here about the week 2-3 stall. Your body is totally still adjusting to the major surgery it just had and your new way of eating. Stay the course and make sure you get your proteins and water...very important.

Also, hide the scale. I thought I was going crazy, weighing myself multiple times a day. It really doesn't help to stress about it.

I just finished week 3 and lost 4 pounds yesterday after not losing for two weeks. The stall will break. Have faith!
