My list of things I am looking forward to when I am thinner:

  1. Fitting into a booth comfortably
  2. Fitting into movie seats comfortably
  3. Flights without an extended seat belt
  4. Sitting on my friends wooden kitchen chairs and praying I don't break them
  5. Shopping at a normal size store
  6. Dancing with more confidence again
  7. Improved love life
  8. Less heart burn
  9. Feet and knees that don't hurt
  10. Stomach out of the way of the steering wheel
  11. Keeping up when on a long walk or hike
  12. Having the energy to be more active, exercise
  13. Controlling food, not allowing it to control me
  14. Get those old jeans and formal dress on
  15. Feeling confident in my skin
  16. Less top heavy so I can wear high heals again without feeling off balance
  17. Someones notice, not because I am fat, but because I look good
  18. No diabetes, GERD, Heart disease, High Cholesterol, Edema
  19. Working at a fast pace without hypoglycemia
  20. Being drenched in my uniform with sweat as I struggle to keep up

AND you will get there!!! Your list is very similar to mine and most everyone else on this site.

I did my first flight a week ago since being sleeved and - OMG - the flight was actually comfortable and in economy seating!!! I fit in the seat just fine with room to spare. I could even bend over and tie my shoes and get items out of my bag that was under the seat, with the seat belt buckled and didn't have to strain at all! AND, I didn't get any sort of look like I used to when boarding the flight and sitting next to someone while spilling out of my seat and into my neighbor's seat. It was so awesome. Flying comfortablely = check!

Improved love life = check!

Shopping at a normal size clothing store - no more plus size clothing! = check!

Increased energy = check!

and on and on and I'm only even half way to goal. All good things still to come.

One Love.

It really does happen! Thank you sleeve.

Reading this was great timing today, I'm 4 days out after sleeve and having a lot of doubts, too late, but there anyway. Thanks for the "checks", gives me hope!
