I didn't blog for week 15 was nothing to say but I gained 5 lbs and now this week I still haven't lost anything. It is an up hill battle right now. Between the depression and the doctors I feel like I'm losing the battle. I want to be back at week 3 or 4 when I hadn't seen any doctors or started real food.

 

I thought I couldn't gain weight after having the sleeve done but that is a lie. I have once again failed at something. I have lost 72lbs and if that's as good as it gets then I will have to be happy with that.

 

I wish everyone out there much success in their journey for a happy and healthier life.

 

Next week I hope I'm in a much better place then I am right now.

 

263.6 and no inches lost.

So sorry you are struggling (and hurting). Have you tried returning to the liquid, hi-protein diet to see if you can re-set your sleeve? I read about someone doing that. Also, if you go to YouTube and watch the journey of AmySDMOM, she has an entry on doing a yogurt fast for a couple of days, which helps her to lose up to 7 lbs.

Also, if you are depressed, that may have an effect on your movement. Can you take short walks, count your many blessings, drink more water? I wonder if the depression is keeping you from accomplishing some of your daily goals.

Poor Honey It will get better !!!! You just have to keep your head up , I am thinking of you and saying a special prayer for you . Please do not get discourged you have come so far !!
