Thats awesome! Your pre-surgery weight is my current weight and it was great to see where I might be in 10 months! Rock on!

Wow! I'm impressed that you have kept such great records. My weight loss has slowed to a crawl, but it looks like slow and steady wins the race!! Thanks for posting!

Yes, thank you all. I decided to keep close track before I even had surgery because it was always what I was looking for on here. I wanted to know the details so I thought it would be great for myself to know where I came from and to share the reality of the numbers game with other who are interested in this part of the weight loss journey.

Also yes the weight loss does slow down. I know I didn't lose anything on the scale in February, however I did lose one inch across my body and pretty much and entire jean size. I can now mostly wear 12 and I even have a pair of 11's I can get into. I know why I didn't lose weight and have now gotten back on the ball. This week alone I have already drop 3lbs. Its all about being aware of what you are doing. As difficult as it may seem its as easy as you make it; Calories in < calories burned = weight loss!
