I'M HAVING SUCH A STRESSFUL,HUMILIATING,SCARY TIME IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I CANT STICK TO THIS PREOP DIET AS WELL AS I SHOULD. BUT I'M ALSO SO EXCITED TO BE HAVING SURGERY AS WELL. THE THOUGHT OF LOSING WEIGHT AND KEEPING IT OFF FOR ONCE IN MY LIFE IS SUCH AN EXCITING PROSPECT..I TRY TO KEEP THIS GOAL IN MIND AS I DO THIS DIET BUT WHEN THAT HUNGER HITS AT NIGHT BOY...I FEEL TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL! I AM OUT OF CONTROL WITH FOOD AT NIGHT. I'M HOPING THE LAP BAND SURGERY WILL FORCE ME TO LEARN BETTER HABITS AND PORTION CONTROL. WELL BACK TO WORK, HOPE I WILL LOOK BACK ON THIS 5 MONTHS FROM NOW AND JUST SMILE AND SHAKE MY HEAD...:faint:

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
