Go back to basics. Have an all liquid day and focus on the weight just dropping off like butter. Go to your favorite department store and try on new cloths that will be snug. Cut out all sugars because they contribute to hunger. Incorporate some exercise. You have done this before and you can do it again (hope you don't think I'm being bossy). lol

I agree.....get back on liquids for a day or 2 and see some of the weight drop. Then get rid of everything in the house that you have been enjoying a little too much. It makes it much easier if the food is not just laying around especially after the holidays.

I sent all the candy and cookies that were given to us for the holidays with my husband to work. Then I made sure I have all my food in stock at the house...The problem is that I work at a diner with 8 feet of desserts freshly made and i've been eating the tops off of a muffin every day for more than a week..So today I drew a line in the sand..the muffins were not going to ruin everything I've done for 5 months..So today was the re-start of the new me.

Well, I don't know if I would do the strict liquid thing. It isn't what you need to be doing long term and killing yourself for a couple days so you can see the scale drop a pound or two doesn't really serve you well in the long run. You can't maintain that. So, do what you can maintain which is what was prescribed when you started this whole thing. Get back to basics as Dorrie said.

  • Start with protein first
  • Don't drink with your meals, but do get your liquids in
  • Exercise
  • Get the %$#@ out of your house. Not in a cupboard up high. Those things can climb down on their own in my house.

Don't talk about it, do it. Not first thing tomorrow, right now. It only works if you work it!

Good luck!
