Good Long Weekend
I kept it moving this weekend, I'm happy to say
Friday Gym
Saturday Gm
Sunday 3.2 walk (bonus cleaned the house)
Monday 6.4 walk and a little more later (bonus washed the truck)
I want to incoporate some home exercise in all this movement. I want to start some sit ups, leg lifts, hand weights and Tae Boe Kicks.
Eating was ok but should have been better.
