Post Op day 6
I had to go with my mom to the doctors, got home to leave again to pick up the kids and then straight to Ikea. At least I got in about 1 1/2 hours walking, but didn't get too eat much.
Breakfast=1 cup gano coffee and soy milk; 200 cal, 6 protein
Lunch= 1 cup broth 0 calories
Snack= Nectar Protein drink, fuzzy navel, 90 cal, 23 grms protein
Dinner=Creamy split pea soup, 130 calories, 9 grams protein
1 Vitamin water=120 calories
Total Calories= 540, Total Protein=38 grams protein
I am super restricted and super tired!!! I am going to sleep early again!!!
