Went to work, I'm a little slow moving, but here none the less! Still sore. Made a big mistake yesterday at lunch. My wife thought the tortilla soup at El Pollo Loco would be good. It tasted great but oh what a mistake. The fat or something in the broth really jacked with me and I was miserable with bloating and nausea till 10pm last night. Protein shake this morning went down ok. I'm mixing a high protein powder with about 4oz of slim fast high protein. Dr. wants me to get 100grams a day while on the liquids.

 

Weight at pre op visit 268 Today:253

i see you and i had the same banding date==Monday! how are you feeling? i feel kind of dizzy and weird. not in much pain--today definitely better than yesterday...but not "right." drinking optifast shakes--slowly--and get some slight burping. how bout you??
