I got my membership information!!!

Well no card yet I called UHC to see what the problem was and she said that my HR dept hadnt ordered the new cards yet!!! :phanvan And that I was to call in the make the order. So after saying some kind words to her I reordered the cards which should be here with in 10 days.:phanvan

 

She went ahead and gave me the membership card information to give to my lap band doctor. She said I would have to pay 1500 out of pocket she said that the doctor would have to send a letter of predtermination to them via fax or mail. :nervous She said it would take 30 to 45 days for approval???

 

I called the doctor office left a message for the insurance guy and now I'm thinking about changing doctors.:straight :straight I found out two of the staff members left the office. And for some reason that didnt sit well with me.

 

Everytime I call the insurance guy he never answers :paranoid :paranoid

 

so now I have made a new appt with a Dr. Jaysaleen *I spelled his name wrong* but his staff seems to have alot of knowledge and are always there to anwer the phone.

 

Maybe I'm being to picky but I want to know that someone will be there to answer the phone when I call. :nervous
