my stomach is a total wreck. I've always suffered from GI issues during stress, and major issues. So, far today, I've choked down 1 pizza roll, and about 2oz of deli meat with 1oz of cheese.

This sucks, it hurts, but we'll survive. If you all could please keep our military in your thoughts and prayers. 30 troops have been injured, and it's total devastation down there.

If you want to help donate to our military, I have a list of supplies that are needed, and can give addresses for shipment of supplies.

It's just been one of those day.

Hey Tiffykins, i'm thinking your signifigant other is in the military, that's gotta be so tough. The first person i ever met who had bariatric surgery 8 yrs ago is in Iraq right now. She is doing great, and the military are always in my thoughts and prayers. You take care of yourself. You have come so far and should be proud of yourself. Tomorrow will be better for all of us. ;))

Yeppers Laura, I roll them up together. Today, I had 1 slice of smoked chicken breast with a 1/2 slice of pepperjack cheese. A lot of the times, I roll up cream cheese inside a piece of deli meat. My absolute favorite is honey ham with pineapple cream cheese. It's the only pork that I eat now.

I also put a tiny squirt of miracle whip or honey mustard on the deli meat with cheese. Once you get to the stage where you can lettuce, bib lettuce is fabulous for lettuce roll ups. I have lots of little snacks that I should post on here for others to enjoy.

I'll get a list together and compile a blog entry of my "meals" that I used to shake up the monotony of the "diet".

Thank you so much DeeDee and everyone else as well. . .

Y'alls word mean a lot to me.

I was able to eat a little bit tonight for dinner. I took Caysen out for fajitas at our local mexican joint. I ate a bunch of carmalized onions, and about 2oz of fajita chicken with sour cream.

I just hate that my stomach is so irritated. It's one of those things I didn't really think about, but I would almost venture to guess this contributed to my eating issues and nausea through the recovery phase of my revision. I have the most emotional sleeve in the world.

I'm so sorry your honey is going again and I am so thankful for our military families and what they go through for us. I know you worry about your stomach, hope all is well and smooths out for you. Prayers for all.

There is absolutely no way in the world I could be a military wife. I'm the biggest worrier in the world, and I can totally see why you are a ball of nerves. God bless John for his valiant service to our country, and God bless you for being a strong and supportive wife and mother. You have a tough job, and I am sending prayers your way and in the way of our brave men and women. We owe everything we hold dear in our world to those who protect our freedoms and act as advocates when the rest of the world is in need. It's a shame the US doesn't get the respect and appreciation that should come with the sacrifice of our military folks, but that's another chapter. Hang in there! Hugs! Theresa
