Boy new years day was the pits, i was so hateful and wanted food but I got through it. I have new energy but then was tired. I get mad I cant eat then am glad I did this and not hungry at all. OK so today is a good day and I will not break anything, yell at anyone or be bitchy. I am changing my life! The gas is better too! heat pad helped. OK so I will be a good girl.

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
