today is day 1 of getting back on the right track. Good so far, turned down a bad breakfast idea... good for me.

Breakfast is Coffee, 1/2 sausage patty.

i do have problems with that CG... i don't drink near enough. but today is a new day.... putting down the mt. dew is going to be the biggest hurdle...

but i have to lose at least 20 by end of july. I'll be 45 and i want to look great.

protein,protein,protein, water,water,water.

Mt Dew, bad.lol I was addicted to The Dew pre banding.

One suggestion, protein keeps you fuller longer. I'm expected to eat at least 60gr a day of protein, so I try to break it up so I get 15 gr per meal, breakfast,lunch & dinner and the rest in snacks.

One sausage patty has only about 7gr., not enough, add an egg or high protein yogurt.
