20 pound lose finally
I was banded 11-8-12, have had one fill and get another one Jan 9th. As of this morning I have lost 20 pounds. I did not have to do a pre op diet but lost 3 a few days before surgery. I am so happy with the 20 pounds as I have gone through Thanksgiving and now in full Christmas mode. Yes there have been days I have eaten something I shouldn't have but I will not beat myself up nor will I let anyone else make me feel bad. I cannot wait to see what 2013 has in store for my new attitude and my weight loss. We all have good days and bad days but with this site and the support we get I can make it. Some of you have very strong will power and are very strict and that's great and I am proud of you. Some like me slip up once in a while but I am so much better off now than I was a few months ago and its just the begining. May you all have a very Merry and Healthy Christmas.
