Today was hard...I wanted to eat like crazy today. Why? I have no idea...I'm not extra hungry or anything, just pictured eating all day long. I fought it and didn't give in...I didn't do it. Maybe because this is my last week...my nerves are shot, getting anxious!

Still happy with my decision to be banded next week!

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
