I take a lot of all natural stuff that has truly helped me with this wonderful tool. I only had 3 fills in 2 years, I put it in my mind and GOD has given me strength to stay in the race. i am soo excited for you , I just had my band on 7/25 so i am only 5 days post op. I just wanted to tell you no worries, the day will be here b4 u know it! One thing I ran into that has been a problem with my recovery is stick to the liquid diet, and make sure you have no solids in your system. I made the mistake of having a "last meal" and boy do I regret that! I have had constipation and it has lead to a painful build up of gas... and meds dont seem to help. So please learn from my mmistake on this one... it is soo not worth it...lol The gas pains from surgery are the only real pain I had and walking and heating pads help. best of luck to you really!
